Detail Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival Yangon

Arrive at Yangon airport, welcome by our representative and pick you up, then transfer to your hotel and check-in your hotel. Yangon; its impressive colonial and spiritual heritage makes Yangon one of the most fascinating capitals of South East Aisa. After fresh up, start Yangon city tour; visitChaukhtatgyi colossal reclining Buddha Image and until recently Yangon has been the capital of Myanmar since the British transformed it into their administrative centre of future India. Its impressive colonial and spiritual heritage makes Yangon one of the most fascinating capitals of South East Aisa. City tour highlights heart of Yangon down town over 2500 Yrs. old Sule Pagoda, the Town Hall and Botataung Pagoda (2000 Years old) said to have enshrinement of Buddha hair relic, afterwards to observe the ways of life at harbor of Yangon River nearby Botahtaung Pagoda. Furthermore, you may visit Shwedagon Pagoda, which is claimed to be the world richest golden stupa of two thousand five hundred years old. The golden dome rises 98 meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold and enjoy the fantastic sunset from Shwedagon Pagoda.

Day 2: Yangon – Heho – Myinmahti Cave – Inle Lake
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for your Heho bound flight (about 11:00 am. ) arrival at Heho airport upon arrival overland (appro. 2 hours) to Kalaw. Drive through the scenic countryside to Kalaw and stop at Minmahti Cave. Drive to Inle Lake (approx. 2 hours.), transfer to your hotel in Inle Lake by boat from Nyaung Shwe jetty.

Day 3: Inle Lake
Breakfast at hotel, private boat excursion in Inle Lake; a museum like monastery where old belongings of many monasteries are restored. Afterwards, visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda on tiny island on vest laske, sightseeing to weaving village of Inpawkhon, famous for traditional silk-weaving, Se Gaung Village, famous for the blacksmith work and Nan Pan Village with cheroot making and boat-building dockyards etc. (all sightseeing will be line up to be flexible depends on time permit & under assistance of your good guide).

Day 4: Indein – Mandalay
Breakfast at hotel, start the tour to Indein, wonder unique leg rowing fishermen, floating firms and houses on the stilt etc. boat to observe floating market (if coincidence with (5) day market schedule), the lake's downtown and largest village on the Inlay Lake, then proceed to visit Indein Ruins of complex whose Pagodas and Stupas were built in the eighth century. There are a number of shops along the hill for you to enjoy. In the afternoon, transfer to Nyaung Shwe jetty by private boat, then drive to Heho airport for Mandalay bound flight about (03:30/04:00) pm. Transfer to your hotel in Mandalay.

Day 5: Mingun –Mandalay
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Mayan Chan jetty, board on a local fishermen boat for Mingun across Ayeyarwady river (11 km, approx one hour). Observe the world's largest ringing bell weighing 55555 viss which calculated equal to 90 tons and Mingun Pahtodawgyi, an enormous pile of bricks is all that remain of King Bodawpaya ambition to make it the world's largest Buddhist stupa. Lunch at good Local restaurant on your own arrangement. Return to Mandalay and continue visit traditional handicraft making process such as wood carving, tapestry weaving, gold leaf hammering etc. Visit Mandalay city around and Zay Cho Market.

Day 6: Mandalay–Amarapura - Ava– Sagaing-Mandalay
Breakfast, visit Mahamuni Buddha Image, then proceed to ancient city of Amarapura, meaning city of immortality with a visit of Mahagandayon monastery to observe the lunch process of hundreds of Buddhist monk. Continue visit to 14th century capital Ava, you may cross Mitngwe River by small boat then take a horse-cart to observe unique monasteries and monuments include Bargaya teak monastery which is famous for its teak pillars amounting to 267 in total and the remains of the royal palace and fort. Continue to picturesque Sagaing hills covered with 600 white-painted pagodas and monasteries, Sagaing hill is widely regarded as the religious centre of Myanmar and is home of 3,000 monks and 100 meditation centers. On your way visit traditional bronze casting, silver smith works which Sagaing is famous for. Enjoy fantastic sunset view from the 200 year old U Bein teak bridge span across Thaungthaman Lake (built in 1782) at that time Amarapura was Royal capital. Return to Mandalay.

Day 7: Mandalay ~ Bagan

Early breakfast at hotel OR packed breakfast (your guide will assist you), transfer to Gaw Wein Jetty, embark at (06:30) am. (check-in time) and (ETD-07:00 am.) along with your throughout guide and arrive in Bagan between 1600 and 1800 depends on the water level in the river). Bagan is considered one of the most amazing sites in Asia, and though comparable to sites of worldwide importance such as Jerusalem and Rome, it remains virtually unknown. More than 2,200 temples remain of the 13,000 that once stood. Some were destroyed by invaders, others by earthquake and decay, but internationally funded restoration is under way and the major temples are in excellent condition.Upon arrival transfer to your hotel.

Day 8: Bagan
Breakfast and you may start the sightseeing around with guide. Bagan, the 10th century archaeological site is considered one of the richest and most amazing sites in Asia. (If depends on time permit until 12:00 noon)Excursion to the major temples among the 200 plus existing monuments such as Anadar, the best preserved masterpieces of Mon architecture, Thabyinnyu, the highest monument of universal science, Gawdawpalin, one of the largest and most imposing Monument in Bagan , continue visit 11 century Shwezigon Pagoda, Lunch at good Local restaurant. Proceed to Dhammyangyi, the temple of evil king for the unique of all Asia of double Image of Buddha, Shwesandaw temple for the panoramic view, Htilominlo temple where frescoed representing 28 Buddha.

Day 9: Bagan – Ngapali Beach
Breakfast at hotel, leisure at hotel before transfer, drive to airport for your Thandwe bound flight (08:05-10:00, check-in time at 08:30 am.) and pick you up at airport and transfer to hotel by your Thande Beach Resort and leisure on Ngapali Beach.

Amendment

If amendment by traveler, then amendment fees are not charged unless we were charged by third party supplier. 

Rate & Price 

All rates in the tariff are quoted base on USD, net rate with non-commission. We may charge a fee for making a booking on your behalf with a 3% of administrative fee for payment made by credit card. 

Liability 

• We shall not be responsible for any accident, natural disaster, damages, personal injuries, change of time table or other irregularities beyond its control. 
• Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political action & unrest, must be borne by the traveler them self. 
• We reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without prior notice if found in the best interest of all concerned. 

Cancellation by Customer

    • More than 15 days prior to check in: 10% of total tour price.
    • From 14 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
    • Less than 3 days prior to check in: 100% of total rates.
    • No show: 100% of total rates.

Refund

• No refund in full or deductions in part will given for services included in the program that are not utilized after the commencement of tour. 
• a full refund of tour value will be remitted to you by reasons of force majeure (war, riots, Civil, disturbance, strikes, natural disasters, Terrorists activities of threat of such, closure of airport or cancellation of international or domestic air time table services ) 

Travel Insurance 

We strongly recommend that, should you purchase personal travel insurance before your traveling. 

Deposit & Payment Method 

• a deposit 50% of total invoice is required to secure the booking and should receive immediately to upon the booking confirm. The rest of the payment should be done 7 days before arrival or cash upon arrival. 
• A full payment of domestic or international flight in the region must be received 3 days after seat confirmed to avoid automatic cancellation, any amendment made once air tickets have been issued may incur fees from third party provider. 
• Failing to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation and arrangements without period notice. 

    Child Policy

    If less than 2 years, we notify as infant which is 10% charge of adult rate, otherwise child policy will be applied as bellow: 
    • Child under 12 years old without extra bed charge 50% of adult fee 
    • Child under 12 years old with extra bed charge 90% of adult fee 
    • Child under 12 years old sharing room with 1 adult charge 100% of adult fee
