Visa

Visa are the responsibility of the individual traveler. The visa requirements for your trip vary depending on where you are from and where you are going. As a general rule most countries expect that you will have at least 6 months' validity on your passport. On arrival visitors may be asked to present return tickets and evidence of means to cover your intended stay. You will need a passport photo.

Cambodia Visa fee:
Tourist Visa cost 30 USD available on arrival for some of nationality as : Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA.

Vietnam Visa fee: 
Service fee: Cost 16 USD (normal service) or 26 USD (urgent service) Applicant has to pay us full service fee in advance to process the Visa approval letter in 2 working day (normal services) or 1 working day (Urgent Services)

Stamping fee: Cost 45 USD To get your visa stamped at Vietnam airports, you pay this stamping fee directly to the immigration officers by cash at immigration Desk/Counter. Your approval letter will be the legal evidence to show the airport officer that you are allowed to legally enter Vietnam by the Vietnam Immigration Department . Tipping

While it may not be customary to you, it's of great significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels. If you're happy with the services provided a tip - though not compulsory - is appropriate. 

Detail Itinerary: 


Day 1: Hanoi Arrival Fly to Hanoi.

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital city, boasts tree-lined streets and centuries-old temples.

Day 2: Hanoi City tour
City tour of Hanoi’s most famous sites including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (outside view), One Pillar Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Enjoy a cyclo ride around the Old Quarter in the afternoon to discover local lifestyles. Enjoy a Water Puppet Show, a traditional form of Vietnamese folk art.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay
Travel by coach to Halong Bay and take a boat trip to explore one of the World’s great natural wonders cruising the thousands of limestone islands filled with caves of all shapes and sizes. The sails of junks and sampans gliding along the clear and emerald waters of the bay form a magnificent picturesque scene that blends with the sky. You also get a chance to visit some of the hidden grottoes beneath the towering cliffs.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi
Enjoy the leisure morning or join an optional “Hanoi food tour” to sample tasty local delicacies. Later transfer back to Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi – Danang – Hoi An
Today, you will take a morning flight to Danang. Upon arrival transfer to the UNESCO World Heritage listed town of Hoi An, stopping en route at Marble Mountains to enjoy the view of Danang. An important trading route during the 15th to 19th centuries , Hoi An displays a unique blend of culture, cuisine and architecture. Step back in time as you wander the narrow streets of this charming former trading port, with its ancient covered bridges and temples.

Day 6: Hoi An
You are free at leisure today or signup an optional “Hoi An Cooking tour”.

Day 7: Hoi An – Danang – Saigon Fly to Ho Chi Minh City (the formerly Saigon).
Upon arrival, enjoy a city tour including Notre Dame Cathedral, City Hall, Central Post Office, and Ben Thanh Market.

Day 8: Saigon
You are free today or enjoy an optional tour to Mekong Delta.

Day 9: Saigon – Cu Chi Tunnels – Phnom Penh
Today you will have a half day visiting Cu Chi Tunnels. At its height, the tunnel system stretched over 250km from Saigon to the Cambodian border and was three levels deep. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the U.S – Vietnam. Lunch is served at local restaurant. In the early afternoon, we will continue to Phnom Penh – the capital city of Cambodia pass through Moc Bai Border Vietnam or Bavet Border Cambodia. After 6-hours drive, we will arrive in Phnom Penh at 5.00PM. Overnight at hotel in Phnom Penh.

Day 10: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap
Today, we will leave Phnom Penh – the capital of Cambodia to Siem Reap, a 5-hour driving in the morning. The journey offers an excellent opportunity to observe rural Cambodia up-close. Stop along the way and visit a market, where every assortment of street food is available, including the Khmer favorite: fried spiders. Lunch box is on the way to Siem Reap from Phnom Penh. Once you arrive in Siem Reap, you will spend the time to visit Wat Bo Pagoda, the 400 years old pagoda located in the Siem Reap center and Artisan's D'Angkor, the caving art school. Move on to the hotel for check in.

Day 11: Siem Reap – Angkor Complex
Today, you will have a full day exploring Angkor Complex with the highlighted temples such as: Banteay Srei Known as the Jewel of Khmer Art with its perfect delicate decorations, Angkor Thom – the town of Khmer including the temple such as: South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon Temple complex, Terraces of Elephants, Terrace of Leper King and Former Royal Palace. In the afternoon continue to visit the temple of Ta Prohm, the only one temple which has been kept its first natural situation, to be the example of how most of the temples of Angkor would look like at the time of discovering, Angkor Wat temple which was built by the king Suryavarman II in the middle of the 12th century cover a period of about 30 years.

Day 12: Siem Reap – Home
Today, there is not any activity. Spend your free time at leisure to go shopping...till we drive you to Siem Reap International Airport to board your homebound fight and arrival by next day morning.

Amendment

If amendment by traveler, then amendment fees are not charged unless we were charged by third party supplier. 

Rate & Price 

All rates in the tariff are quoted base on USD, net rate with non-commission. We may charge a fee for making a booking on your behalf with a 3% of administrative fee for payment made by credit card. 

Liability 

• Euro Khmer Voyages shall not be responsible for any accident, natural disaster, damages, personal injuries, change of time table or other irregularities beyond its control.  • Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political action & unrest, must be borne by the traveler them self. 
• Euro Khmer Voyages reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without prior notice if found in the best interest of all concerned. 

Cancellation by Customer

    • More than 15 days prior to check in: 10% of total tour price.
    • From 14 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
    • Less than 3 days prior to check in: 100% of total rates.
    • No show: 100% of total rates.

Refund

• No refund in full or deductions in part will given for services included in the program that are not utilized after the commencement of tour.  • a full refund of tour value will be remitted to you by reasons of force majeure (war, riots, Civil, disturbance, strikes, natural disasters, Terrorists activities of threat of such, closure of airport or cancellation of international or domestic air time table services ) 

Travel Insurance 

We strongly recommend that, should you purchase personal travel insurance before your traveling. 

Deposit & Payment Method 

• a deposit 50% of total invoice is required to secure the booking and should receive immediately to upon the booking confirm. The rest of the payment should be done 7 days before arrival or cash upon arrival.  • A full payment of domestic or international flight in the region must be received 3 days after seat confirmed to avoid automatic cancellation, any amendment made once air tickets have been issued may incur fees from third party provider. 
• Failing to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation and arrangements without period notice. 

    Child Policy

    If less than 2 years, we notify as infant which is 10% charge of adult rate, otherwise child policy will be applied as bellow:  • Child under 12 years old without extra bed charge 50% of adult fee 
    • Child under 12 years old with extra bed charge 90% of adult fee 
    • Child under 12 years old sharing room with 1 adult charge 100% of adult fee
