For hotel text, contents, stars rating, images, video clips, and other materials to be bound by own hotel owner including of translation to any languages published on our site. Yourasiaholiday.com provides an online platform through which you browse the price listed, term & condition, make reservation stated on the site direct to the hotel, which mean booking has been confirmed by the hotel and you agreed the term stated on site which offered by hotels such as cancellation, promotion, and other policies which will not response by us. We will indicate the acceptance of your hotel booking via email confirmation.

Traveler wish to cancel the tours

Traveler can cancel the tour before the deadline of cancellation, other wish, cancellation charges will be applied depend on due to period of cancellation. The date of trip or booking cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation is received by company. These are calculated from the day written notification is received by the Company or their authorized travel agent as a percentage of the total tour price per person cancelling, including surcharges but excluding any amendment charges and any insurance payment.

a) 60 – 45 days before tour start date, charge 5% of total amount per person
b) 44 – 30 days before tour start date, charge 30%
c) 29 – 15 days before tour start date, charge 50%
d) 14 – 07 days before tour start date, charge 90%
d) Less than 7 days before tour start date, charge 100%
If you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun no refunds will be made. Refunds will be at the discretion of YourAsiaHoliday.com if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. All cancellation charged fee above are not inclusive of credit card surcharge fee on first transaction of your payment.

Why we do cancel your tour?

YourAsiaHoliday.com reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to departure, but will not cancel a tour less than 60 days before run. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has one fully-paid traveler. We are reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure due force majeure (War, Riots, Civil, Disturbance, Strikes, Natural disasters, Terrorists activities of threat of such, closure of airport or cancellation of international or domestic air time table services, political instability or other external events which make it unviable for YourAsiaHoliday.com to operate the planned schedule. You will be have right to choose between an alternative trip and a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas fee, vaccinations fee, non-refundable flights, etc. If the alternative trip chosen is of a lower value than that originally booked then you are entitled to a refund of the price difference or the alternative tour chosen is of a higher value then you will pay the difference in price.
We reserve right to change and correct any errors of tour operating if we saw that will unable to operate in real situation environment such as weathers problem, infrastructure problem, etc. expect to do best and smooth operating tour to YourAsiaHoliday.com’ traveler.

Amend your tour

YourAsiaHoliday.com reserve the right to inform you, if you wish to change your booking or amendment your tour; the following conditions will be applied:
a) Amend or change or transfer is subject to availability.
b) Changed fee will be applied for administration fee. This fee is in addition to any charge by hotels, ground arrangement operators or airline.
c) Your amendment or change request should receive by our company or transfer from current tour to another before 45 days due to departure date. If amendment or change or transfer request received by Euro Khmer Voyages less than 45 days prior to your original tour departure date, charges as per cancellation condition fees.
d) You change in the difference between original booking prices to new booking price, if the original price lower then new booking price, than the additional price will be applied but if the original price higher then new booking price, than the difference amount will be requested for Credit voucher. You can exchange Credit Voucher or shop other services offer on our website.
e) Client can change or transfer the original booking in case of unable to travel, in circumstances which our company considers reasonable. The tour arrangements must remain the same as originally booked to another suitable person who introduced by you. If any charges levied by the airline for flight inclusive booking tour, then that is additional charges on administration fee. As after we issued the tickets, airlines do not permit name changes for any reasons, it can be full cost of the air ticket (re-issued with new introduced name).

Prices

Make sure you have read and check our price publishes on our web. Any prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notification. The prices listed on this website or brochure is based on the costs and exchange rates current at the time of pricing. Before your booking is confirmed and a contract comes into force, YourAsiaHoliday.com reserves the right to change price in this website or brochure due to any increase or decrease fuel or any reason such as TAX, VAT. Where our allocation of air seats has been fully utilized, we reserve the right to pass on any extra costs if require upon request.

Late bookings

We suggest the importance of making a booking should in earliest opportunity, ensure that all of your booking is available, confirmed and guaranteed. Late bookings are confirmed subject to availability such as flight, bus, train or boat.

How to pay your tour

We reserve right to collect in full amount of the balance including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be received by the Company or our authorized travel agent on confirmed booking were received by you. In the case of non-payment of the balance by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel your booking and cancellation charges will apply due to have any cancellation charge levied by the hotel, airline for flight etc.

Many difference method of payment settle. You can pay the full amount by credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Master card. A credit card fee is 4% fee is payable and we also reserve the right to increase this charge if the card issuer’s charges to us increase. We will advise you if this happens before taking any payment by credit card.

After you have done bank transfer, please send us the bank slip via our e-mail by scanning file.

Our responsibility

The company accepted with understanding that all of bookings, clients appreciate and accept the possible risks inherent in YourAsiaHoliday.com’s adventure, trekking and cycling programs.
We are promise to make sure that the tour arrangements we have agreed to provide with reasonable care. We will accept responsibility if any arrangements are not provided as promised or prove deficient as a result of the failure of ourselves, our teams will rush to check and respond with our professional skill to solve the deficient of the failure to make trips reach to our contracted tour arrangements. We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any such as force majeure etc. We will not responsibility for any services which is not mention of our contract agreement, or any services that we are not advertised or listed in our website by us, because of any individual acceptation between you with any supplier for any additional services or facilities. Please note: all of responsible from us must to have or from part of our contract agreement on booking time of you. We reserve right to pay you for any claims or complaint us with limit amount depend to the Cambodia’s law. We suggest you to have your travel insurance to protect your personal belongings before leave from your country. This reasonable amount will only be payable if we found where everything has gone wrong and you have not received any benefit at all from your tour.

Your responsibility

Your responsibility is agreed to accept the authority and decisions of our supplier’s employees, tour leaders and local agents’s suppliers by each destinations whilst on tour with us. You have to respond by your self if you accepted any opinion of any such person not in our team of employees, tour leaders or our local guide or event any third party (including any other clients travelling in your group), at any time before or during a tour is endangering to the health or well-being of the client or the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of our tour without refund or recompense. We reserve the right to not responsible to any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party; you have accepted responsibility for those damage or loss when you book the tour with us. You although accepted responsibility on understanding that you are travel to geographical areas where, amongst other things, the standard of accommodation, transport, meals, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunications and infrastructure development may not be of the standard as you used in your home land. Ensure you have appropriate travel insurance to protect you if this situation arises and also insure medical care to protect you health care if illnesses happen during your tour.

Your passports and visas

Clients are responsible for arranging visas when traveling with YourAsiaHoliday.com and please to ensure your passport is valid for 6 months due to duration of the trip and must be in possession of, acceptable passport and any visas and vaccination certificates required for the whole of your trips. YourAsiaHoliday.com cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any into any country due to failure on your part to carry all required documentation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory and compulsory for all YourAsiaHoliday.com travelers whilst on a tour. Travel insurance are wholly responsible for arranging by your own to cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. Client should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting or excluding protection for the type of activities included in your tour during you making your own arrangements insurance.
